Deposit: A 50% deposit of the entire amount is required at the time of booking and the remainder of the full payment must be received 2 weeks before date of arrival.
Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required before your arrival date. The deposit will be returned after our property manager verifies there was no damage to the house.
Early Departure: No refund for early departure.
Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 people may stay in the house. It sleeps 5 comfortably.
Cancellation Fee: A 25% cancellation fee of total stay if we are notified 4 weeks in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation(2 weeks prior), the deposit will not be refunded. In case of hurricane or severe storm in Puerto Rico when ferry or air transportation to Vieques is grounded, a voucher will be issued for a future date. This does not cover flight delays or bad weather outside of Puerto Rico.

Children: Due to high balconies and open railing, the house is not appropriate for small children.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony and NOT inside the house.
